Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the shipment confirmation is sent. Please notify us as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped, the order follows our return policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Defects: If an item is damaged upon arrival, Jèson covers all costs.

Change of Mind: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that all refunds for "change of mind" are subject to a physical inspection upon arrival in our warehouse to ensure the item remains in its original, unused state.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom engravings, used tools, or items not purchased directly through our official channels.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@jesonkitchen.com. Do not send items back without prior notification. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
