Refund policy

In the kitchen, reliability is everything.
Jèson is born from a respect for the craft. If your order does not meet our shared standard for quality, we are here to help.

As we are currently in our soft launch phase, please note that all transactions, including refunds, are processed exclusively via bank transfer.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the shipment confirmation is sent. Please notify us as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped, the order follows our return policy (see below).

Personalized or custom-engraved items are not eligible for cancellation once the work has begun.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Defects: If an item is damaged upon arrival, Jèson covers all costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that all refunds for "change of mind" are subject to a physical inspection upon arrival in our warehouse to ensure the item remains in its original, unused state.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom engravings, used tools, or items not purchased directly through our official channels.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@jesonkitchen.com. Do not send items back without prior notification. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We ask that you inspect your order and contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues. Please provide photos of the defect. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval via email.

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details (Account Name, Account Number, and Bank Name) to complete the transaction. Please allow 3–5 working days for the transfer to reflect in your account once processed.

Please note: Shipping costs, taxes, and duties paid at the time of order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a our error.
