How do I pay for my order?

As we are currently in our soft launch phase, we exclusively accept payments via direct bank transfer. Our account details will be provided immediately after you complete the checkout process.

Once your transfer is complete, please upload your proof of payment using the file upload button provided on the confirmation page. You will receive an official order confirmation email once our team has verified the payment. For any assistance, you may reach us at contact@jesonkitchen.com.

Is it safe to have these items shipped?

Yes. We have developed a specific packaging standard designed to protect the integrity of the materials during transit. Every item is inspected and secured in our studio to ensure it arrives in professional condition.

In the rare event that an item is damaged during delivery, we provide an immediate exchange as outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.

When will my order arrive?

To maintain the quality of our service during this phase, we operate on a batch dispatch basis. Specific delivery dates for the current batch are posted on each product page.

Once the announced shipping date occurs, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Manila & nearby cities: 1–2 days.

  • Provincial areas: 3–5 business days.

What if I haven’t received my confirmation email?

If you do not see a confirmation in your inbox within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact us at contact@jesonkitchen.com with your name and payment details so we can assist you.

Why was my refund rejected?

Refunds are only rejected if a returned item shows signs of use, washing, or damage that occurred after delivery. Because we physically inspect every tool before it leaves the studio, we can only accept returns that remain in their original, unused state.
